Three-room flats for holiday use in the open countryside just 5 minutes from Bolgheri,
with a large park with 2 infinity pools and outdoor games.

The cottage, built by the owners themselves at the end of the 1950s, consists of four holiday flats, two three-room flats of over 70 square metres on the upper floor with a huge covered terrace in common, and two other three-room apartments of the same size on the ground floor.

Each flat consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and living room with fully equipped kitchen.

Outside, nothing beats a private veranda with tables and chairs for al fresco dining, pampered by the pleasant sea breeze that sweeps away the humidity and excess mugginess.

In the flats you will find bed linen and towels with weekly change, TV, independent heating for the winter.

Also at your disposal are the indoor covered car park, swimming pool with deckchairs and parasol, a small playground, washing machine with private clothesline, table tennis and barbecue. All included in the price.

Buffet breakfast is optional, but if requested it must be indicated at the time of booking so that the kitchen can be organised. It will be served as a buffet with sweet and savoury typical Tuscan products and bar service. The cost is €6 per person per day, excluding children under 3 years of age for whom it is free.

THE POOL

The swimming pool resides in the park where the flats and the cottage are located, but can be used by all farmhouse guests.

EIt consists of two pools, a 14×7 pool 1.40 metres high with an external Roman staircase and a smaller 3×3 pool half a metre high for the youngest guests taking their first dives.

The pool is accessed through an entrance with a footwash and shower, and has a large sunbathing area enclosed by a wooden fence to ensure maximum safety and hygiene. Headsets are provided by the farm.
