The agriturismo Eucaliptus, unique in terms of accommodation, is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany, between the sea of the Etruscan Coast and the Bolgheri countryside.
The structure, which is energy self-sufficient thanks to a photovoltaic system, is composed of two farm complexes, separated by the Via Bolgherese, the famous Wine Road that connects the villages of Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri.
A complex consists of four flats in the farmhouse, the rustic cottage, the agricamping and a 5000 square metre fenced park with a swimming pool.
The other complex consists of the manor house where the owners’ home, the five rooms, the hall with an outdoor veranda for product tasting, and the cellar where it is possible to directly purchase the Bolgheri Doc wine and extra virgin olive oil produced by the farm.
The management is family-run, Pasqualino, Lisa, Dario and Giulia directly manage both the farm and the agritourism, and will immediately try to make you feel at home.

The swimming pool resides in the park where the flats and the cottage are located, but can be used by all farmhouse guests.
EIt consists of two pools, a 14×7 pool 1.40 metres high with an external Roman staircase and a smaller 3×3 pool half a metre high for the youngest guests taking their first dives.
The pool is accessed through an entrance with a footwash and shower, and has a large sunbathing area enclosed by a wooden fence to ensure maximum safety and hygiene.
