Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil Production and Sale

Extra virgin olive oil is certainly a point of pride for the company, as it represents the ultimate in Tuscan quality and typicality.

A total of 1,200 olive trees are cultivated, half on the farm land along the Via Bolgherese, which was planted in 1998, and half on the hillside land, where the centuries-old olive trees dwell.

The oil is obtained from the company’s brand new, state-of-the-art oil mill, located just a few kilometres from the company. This means that only a few hours pass from the manual harvesting of the olives to their pressing.

All this results in a top quality fruity extra virgin oil with very low acidity, healthy and light for cooking, used raw it will enhance your dishes, offering unique taste sensations.
