The extra virgin olive oil is undoubtedly a point of pride of the company, as it represents the best in terms of quality and typical Tuscan.

The cultivated olive trees are a total of 1,200, located half in the company’s land along the Via Bolgherese, planted in 1998 and half in the land on the hill, where they live in the olive trees.

The oil is obtained from the new mill social, cutting-edge in terms of technical solutions located a few kilometers from the company. This means that only a few hours pass from the manual harvesting of the olives to their pressing.

All this makes it possible to obtain an extra virgin fruity oil of the highest quality and with a very low acidity, healthy and light for cooking, used raw will enhance your dishes, offering unique taste sensations.
