All rooms are in front of the park, a garden of 5000 square metre, special place where you can relax your self, where you can be glad of the tranquillity also, drinking perhaps a good glass of wine produced in the own farm. Breakfast is included in the service of Bed and Breakfast will be served in the dining room and tasting. |
The villa is independent and it represents a good solution for big families or group of friends, because of the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with chimney and a very big equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a private terrace with tables and chairs which can be used for lunch and dinner open air, where you can be cuddle by the nice breeze comes from the sea which sweeps the dampness and the sultriness away. |

The manor built is composed by four holiday apartments, two three- rooms apartments of more than 70 square metres on the first floor with a big terrace in common, and two others three-rooms apartments as big as the others on the ground floor. At your disposal you will have the internal and covered parking place, swimming pool with beach chairs and parasols, a little game park for children, washing-machine and private clotheshorse, table tennis and barbecue, this service is included in the price. |
The swimming pool, opened officially in 2011, is located in the middle of the park where there are also the main house and the villa, however is usable from all guests of the farmhouse. The entry of the swimming pool is throw an entrance with foot washer and a shower, it 's furnished by a big area where you can take sunbath enclosed by a wood garden fence, in order to guarantee the highest safety and cleanliness. |

After his son Dario’s degree in viticulture and oenology, who is the actually director of the farm, thanks to the success in the Bolgheri area in producing the highest quality wine, it was created wine makes from grapes of theirs own vineyards. This wine is the result of a good knowledge and experience in wine production, of a new and modern cellar, but above all an endless passion working in the country. |
The extra virgin olive oil production represents a pride of the farm because of the highest quality and because it emphasizes the Tuscany tradition also. That will allow to obtain a high quality extra virgin olive oil with a very low acidity. It’s very wholesome and light good for cooking, it can be use in yours dishes raw which will exalt the taste offering unforgettable sensation. |
L'azienda è a disposizione per accogliere piccoli o grandi gruppi per visite in azienda e degustazioni nella nuova sala di fronte alla cantina. La sala è attrezzata con tavoli e sedie, angolo bar, video-proiettore. Qui hanno luogo l'esposizione, la degustazione e la vendita di vino ed olio in produzione. |
