Farmhouse produces olive oil for over 40 years.
Land extends for about
5 Hectares, they compound more than 1500 olive-trees,
near Castagneto Carducci.
2.5 Hectares are in plain, about 30 m over the sea-level,
2.5 Hectares are on hills, about 130 m over the sea-level.
Used olive
varieties are Frantoio, Moraiolo e Leccino.
All the processing
stages are conduct in the total respect of traditions
and in the diligent search for best quality:
- Harvesting, exactly
to strip
- Crush in Alfa Laval continual cycle
- Cold squeezing
Eucaliptus
olive oil and the others Farmhouse’s
products could be tasted
in the cellar. Here take place also the exposure
and the sale. The cellar is open everyday.
Our Farm House situated
in the centre of property, give to our guest the possibility
of follow the processing stages and taste the results,
naturally in addiction to stay in one of the best welcome
area in Tuscany.

Coupling: the best way to enjoy it au nature on
a “bruschetta”,
otherwise with salads, every kind of vegetables,
better if they are cook on grill or with vapor.
Over light first dishes or meat is very good.
Sizes: Marasca bottle of 75 cl and 100 cl –
glass dama or tin of 5 Lt.
